Price: 250 EURO; For laboratories that will attend some of PT in year 2024 is participation in conference for free.
Price for company presentations: 400 EURO + VAT; price includes place for 2 posters and table for presentation
Price for lecturers: free
Price includes refreshment during conference (2x coffee break, 2x raut), accompanying program; price does not include lunch and accommodation.
Conference contributions:
The contact person for receiving konference contributions is Mgr. Barbora Majchráková (see contacts for organizators). Contributions can be also accepted via www.journalakustika.com. In this case there is neccessary to add note that contribution is intended to be konference contribution.
Conference contributions will be accepted till 30th June in MS WORD. Contributions should be consistent with guildelines for authors published on www.journalakustika.com. Authors will be informed about acceptation of their sumbmissions till 30th July 2024.
Lectures:
Complete list of lecturers including program will be avaiable during summer 2024. Lecturers will be approved on the basis of received contributions by members of technical commitee. Members of technical commitee are also invited to present their contributions.
Organization of lectures:
Lecturers will have a choice of two participation options:
Personal participation - price includes also participation on accompanying program and both rauts.
Online participation - online presentation that will be screened in lecture hall.
Conference language:
Conference will be in English and Czech language. Simultaneous translations will be avaiable (cabin simultaneous translation with usage of headphones).
Accommodation:
Each participant and lecturer pays accommodation on his own expenses.

Parking is for hotel guests for free.
Eating:
For accommodated guests is breakfast included in the price of room.
In the price of conference are included 2 evening rauts anm coffee breaks.
